Meet our producer: Fátima Maradiaga
Since she was a child, Fátima dreamed of owning her own farm, an ambition born from her family's coffee-growing background and the influence of her mother, who was her greatest inspiration.
This coffee represents the essence of Fátima's dedication and family legacy, who has managed to combine her work as a teacher with her love of coffee production, bringing to market a product that reflects both tradition and a commitment to excellence.

Discover the process behind our Honduras Organic
The grain is manually selected at its optimum point of ripeness. Once harvested, it is placed on a sieve for review to prevent damaged grains from reaching the pulping process.
The grain is then placed in the pulping hopper, ensuring that there are no residues from the previous processes. The grain is pulped and left in the fermentation tank for fermentation, during which the temperature and time spent in the fermentation tank are controlled.
After reaching the desired fermentation, the grain is washed and placed on shaded sieves, where it will remain for an average of 12 days, always depending on weather conditions.
